Terms & Conditions of Reservations
Payment
All reservations require VALID credit card with enough credit to secure your booking and pay the accommodation. One night’s payment will be charged immediately as a deposit. The balance is requested 14 days in advance, or 30 days before checkin in peak season. If payment fails, the booking may be cancelled without further notice. Deposit is not refundable. Payment via online banking can be arranged if 21 days before check-in, in NZD to ASTROHOME KK LTD 06-0350-0153832–46. Booking number must be cited as reference. Any damage/loss caused by yourself or your visitors to the property will result in costs of repair (or any insurance excess). This will be charged directly to the credit card you offered. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning required or loss of income due to the unit or facilities being unavailable.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy here as it pertains to individuals: All cancellations will incur a $25 handling fee. If within 28 days one nights accommodation will be charged. If within 14 days cancellation will incur full cost of accommodation charge. In the case of a "no show", there will be no refund for the whole booking without any further notice.
Child
Child Policy: Infants under 12 months old are FREE of charge when accompanying a paid adult, except where a cot and bedding is requested then there is a $25.00 charge per night.
Check In
Check in time 2pm to 6pm. Check out time 8am to 10am. Early or late check ins may be arranged upon availability, surcharges may apply. Please notify us before or upon arrival if number of guests changes. There is a limitation for numbers of people in each room. Extra guests are $30 per person per night. Reduced numbers will not result in reduced booking value. We provide free parking for one vehicle only per room. Additional vehicles, boats or trailers may park in motel by arrangement but away from your room. Surcharge may be applied in peak season.
Room Service is daily except on public holidays where we will provide a service bin with everything you will need. This is so we can give our staff a break for those special days! There is always someone onsite to help with any extra things you may require.
